Allison Laatsch is in her second season on the Belhaven University Volleyball coaching staff.
Allison is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She attended and graduated from Helena High School in 2016. She was a two-sport athlete and was a varsity member of the Lady Huskies Volleyball program, where she played setter.
Following her years at HHS, she attended the University of Montevallo and was a member of the Lady Falcons basketball team. During her time as a student athlete she participated in a competitive volleyball league where she served time as the head coach. Laatsch graduated with her undergraduate degree in Business Marketing in 2020.
Laatsch is currently working toward her master's degree in Sports Administration. She is in her first year serving as the Graduate Assistant Volleyball Coach at Belhaven.
Her accolades on and off the court include being the Gulf South Conference Division II ADA Academic Achievement Honoree for Women's Basketball, being a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and also a member of Kappa Mu Epsilon Mathematics Honor Society.
