Keaton Halbert

Keaton Halbert enters his third year with the Belhaven Women's Soccer program after joining as a Graduate Assistant Coach ahead of the 2023-24 campaign and currently serves as the Blazers' Goalkeeper Coach.

In his two seasons on staff working with the Belhaven Goalkeepers, Halbert and the Blazers have seen marked success. In 2024, Belhaven No.1 Julianne Wilson was named to the All-CCS Second Team, the second All-CCS selection of her career and headlined a goalkeeping trio that conceded just 17 goals across 20 matches in the campaign.

Across both the 2023 and 2024 seasons, Belhaven goalkeepers are conceding fewer than 0.7 goals per match with a team save percentage over .750.

In addition to his work on the Belhaven staff, Halbert is a Head Coach with the Mississippi Rush club soccer program in the Jackson-Metro area.

Prior to joining the Belhaven staff, Halbert worked as the Boys' Soccer Coach at Olive Branch High School (MS) as well as serving as coach for club teams with Brandon Futbol Club and Lobos Rush.

Halbert spent two seasons as a goalkeeper for Mississippi College (NCAA Div. II) from 2018-19 making appearances in both seasons. Prior to his time with the Choctaws, Halbert spent two seasons at Itawamba Community College.
