Belhaven University Athletics

Jason Ward is entering his fourth season as the assistant coach for the Belhaven University Men's Soccer program after joining the staff ahead of the 2022 campaign.

In 2024, Ward assisted the team to a 12-4-4 record, their best in the NCAA era, and their first ever CCS Championship as they defeated Covenant in the CCS Tournament Final and earned a berth into the NCAA Tournament.

Prior to Belhaven, Ward spent three years at the University of Alabama in Huntsville as a Graduate Assistant coach for the men's soccer team while completing his master's degree in physical education.

The Norwich, England native played at Bryan College, served as a team captain for three seasons, and achieved AAC All-Conference First Team status.

Ward graduated from Bryan College with a degree in exercise and health science.
