RJ Barrett enters his fourth season as a member of the Belhaven University Football staff. This year Coach Barrett will be responsible for coaching the defensive line. Coach Barrett, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is a 2004 graduate of Belhaven, where he was a two year starter at Defensive Back and Punter.
“Belhaven is home, it’s great to be here! I am extremely excited about the athletes that are here and the program that has been built for them,” says Coach Barrett. “I feel real good about the coaching staff that is here and plan to obtain a wealth of knowledge from them.”
Coach Barrett and his wife, Kacey, have been married for four years, have a daughter named Ansley Claire, and have a dog named LuLu and reside in Madison, MS.
