Previus Schools: Brian Ensminger, Jr. played for Lou Valdin at Hahnville High School in Baton Rouge, where he lettered in football and baseball and made the Honor Roll. He was an All-State Honorable Mention after a junior season that saw him pass for 2200 yards and 25 touchdowns. His senior year, Valdin went for 2150 yards in the air and 20 touchdowns. He spent two years at Southeastern Louisiana University before transferring to Belhaven.
