Kyle Cedotal enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Belhaven Baseball program in 2025.
A standout pitcher during his playing career, Cedotal graduated from Denham Springs High School in 2012, where he was ranked the 27th-best prospect in Louisiana. He went on to play collegiately at Southeastern Louisiana, where he became one of the top arms in program history. Across foru seasons with the Lions, Cedotal posted a 3.06 ERA and held opponents to a .232 batting average over 279.1 innings pitched. His career culminated in 2016, when he was named an All American before being selected in the 20th round of the Major League Baseball Draft by the Colorado Rockies.
Following his professional career, Cedotal transitioned into coaching. In 2024 he returned to his alma-mater Denham Springs High School. He led the program to a 23-16-1 record. He also served as a head coach at Vermilion Catholic High School and Slidell High School, gaining valuable experience developing players and guiding successful programs in Louisiana high school baseball.
