Belhaven University Athletics

Previous School: Brittany Ammons played two years varsity at Bushland High School near Amarillo, Texas, where she won two state championships. She was a powerlifting Regional Qualifier from 2007-2009 and a track Regional Qualifier in 2007 and was named to the Amarillo Ones to Watch list in 2007. Ammons played two seasons at the University of Texas at the Permian Basin in Odessa, Texas before transeferring to Belhaven. She recorded 53 kills, 26 digs, and five blocks during her tenure at UTPB.

At Belhaven: Ammons enters 2013 as the team's leader in kills among returners after recording 97 in 2012. She also added 34 digs and four solo blocks, while assisting with 18 more. 

Personal: A member of the 2008 Panhandle Sports Hall of Fame class, Ammons also participated in Student Council, Key Club and One Act Play at Bushland. She is majoring in Sports Administration and has one brother, Garrett.
