JACKSON, Miss. – The Belhaven University men's soccer team fell to the Concordia Tornados 1-0 on Senior Day inside the Belhaven Bowl Stadium on Saturday afternoon. With the loss, the Green and Gold dropped to 9-4-1 overall and 3-4-1 in conference play.
The Blazers and Tornados played great defense through the first half as neither team found the back of the net going into the halftime break.
Concordia picked up the first and only goal in the contest in the 60
th minute to give the Tornados a 1-0 advantage over the Blazers. Shortly after the goal things started to get out of hand as there were four yellow cards handed out to the Tornados. The Blazers failed to find the back of the net in the match to bring the final score to 1-0.

Max Rudolph played the full 90 minutes and tallied nine saves.
The Blazers will return to the field on Thursday, October 24 against the UT Dallas Comets in Richardson, Texas. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
