HOW IT HAPPENED
- Both teams were held scoreless heading into halftime all tied at 0-0.
- In the 50th minute of the contest, UMHB got on the board first to go up 1-0.
- Forty-two seconds later, the Cru found the back of the net again to take a 2-0 lead.
- Mary Hardin-Baylor increased its advantage to 3-0 with a goal at the 64:31 mark.
- UMHB added one more goal nine minutes later before Belhaven Jennifer's Hosey was able to get the Blazers on the board in the 83rd minute of the contest.
- Hosey's goal was the only shot to find the net for the Blazers as the Cru ultimately defeated the green and gold 4-1.
