HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Blazers took control from the start and played with poise all around as they opened up with a dominating first set.
- Midway through the opening set, the Blazers won 12 out of 13 straight points to build a comfortable 17-6 advantage, which eventually led to a 25-13 decisive set win.
- The Blazers tallied 12 kills in the first set, along with two service aces.
- The dominating play from the Green and Gold continued early on in the second set as they cruised out to another sizable lead at 13-8.
- The Wildcats would comeback to place some pressure on the Blazers to even up the set at 15-15.
- However, Belhaven would rip off five out of the next six points to reclaim a 20-16 lead. Belhaven posted an impressive 17 kills in the 25-19 set victory.
- In the final set, LC made the Blazers work for the sweep.
- With the Wildcats leading 12-11, Belhaven would rally to win the next six consecutive points to claim a 17-12 lead.
- Additionally, the Blazers would register nine kills in their 25-18 set victory to preserve the sweep over the Wildcats for the second time this season.

- Belhaven would record 39 kills as a team up at the net.
- The Blazers finished the match with a solid .254 hitting percentage.
- Ryan Hardin and Lauren Whiting both had an impressive night with nine kills apiece.
- Whiting would also notch nine digs.
- Blaykleigh Smythe posted eight kills and two service aces.
- Senior Kelly Aholt collected a team-high 27 assists.
- Hope Tourney added seven kills.
- Allie Perkins and Katy Grace Abbott were the only two Blazers to finish with double figures in digs with 16 and 10 respectively.
- Perkins and Megan Nobles recorded two service aces each.
- The Green and Gold finished the match with nine service aces.
