JACKSON, Miss. – Junior Annelle Anderson has been selected as the CSpire Athlete of the Week with her performances last week on the road in Belhaven's two matches.
 
Anderson is coming off of a season best weekend against ETBU and LeTourneau, contributing to 15 points for the Blazers, all while filling into a new role for Belhaven after injuries forced changes to the lineups.

Anderson had a season-high nine kills against LeTourneau. She also had her first blocks of the campaign, contributing to three blocks at ETBU and two more against LeTourneau.
 
The Blazers and Anderson will host Millsaps College Tuesday in Rugg Arena, before heading to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor for the ASC Crossover Challenge this weekend for three matches.
