This week's "C Spire Athlete of the Week" is Victoria Sorrell of the softball team. Sorrell, a junior from Spotsylvania, Virginia, went 8 for 11 at the plate with three RBI and two runs scored during the SSAC tournament and was named to the All-Conference Team. Sorrell led all players with a .730 batting during the three day event. She helped spark a three run rally in the seventh in Belhaven's 4-3 comeback win over Brenau in the tournament opener.
