This week's C Spire Athlete of the Week is Jermaine Metz of the Men's Track and Field team. Metz, a sophomore from Manchester, England highlighted the Hilltop Classic hosted by Birmingham-Southern for the Blazers, finishing first in the 800 meter dash with a time of 1:56.18. Metz bested his nearest competitor by over a second as he continues his impressive 2014 season.
