This week's "C Spire Blazers Athlete of the Week" is Katy Adair of the softball team. Adair, a junior from Houston, TX, logged13.2 innings in the circle in four games this past week. Adair did not give up an earned run while striking out 12 hitters. She only walked one batter and improved her record to 12-4 on the season with a 1.99 ERA. Adair notched two wins and her second save of the year this past week. Adair was also selected as this week's Southern States Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week.
