This week's C Spire Athlete of the Week is Denee' Crawford of the softball team. Crawford, a junior from Silsbee, TX, led the Blazers to a 5-2 record this past week, including a doubleheader sweep of NCAA Division I Alcorn State University. Crawford had eight hits including two doubles, two home runs, and nine runs batted in. Crawford is currently hitting .353 with a team high 13 RBI in 10 games this season.
