This week's C Spire Blazer Athlete of the Week is Bud Britt of the baseball team. Britt, a senior infielder from Brookhaven, Mississippi, is off to a strong start this season. Britt went 6 for 10 in three games against Blue Mountain and Tougaloo and already has six RBI's this season. Britt smashed a three run home run and drove in all four Blazer runs in a 4-1 season opening victory on Firday night against Blue Mountain.
