Belhaven University Athletics

One of this week's Blazer Athletes of the Week is Achille Campion of the men's soccer team. Campion, a sophomore from Stella, France, ignited Belhaven's offense with two goals in a 4-3 SSAC Tournament win over the Warriors. Campion had missed the previous six matches with an injury, but was a welcome site on Saturday delivering his 14th and 15th goals of the season. Campion's 15 goals rank him in a tie for second in the SSAC and 22nd in the NAIA. Campion was also named the SSAC Offensive Player of the Week.
