Belhaven University Athletics

One of this week's "Cellular South Athletes of the Week" is Regena Jackson of the women's basketball team. Jackson led Belhaven to three more wins this week including two in the SSAC which kept the Blazers on top of the standings in the West Division. Jackson had a double double with 17 points and 11 assists against Faulkner and nearly had another against Dillard with 15 points and nine assists. Jackson rounded out the week with a 23 point performance at Spring Hill College. Jackson is averaging 16.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 6.5 assists per game this season.
