One of this weeks "Cellular South Athletes of the Week" is Michael Pettus of the Belhaven football team. Pettus has been getting better each week and had an outstanding game on Saturday afternoon against Cumberlands. Pettus had a pair of touchdowns including a 48 yard touchdown run with 6:51 to play in the fourth quarter that proved to be the game winner. Pettus has three touchdown on the season and averages 5.8 yards per carry. He also had a pair of catches for 28 yards and three punt returns for 20 yards giving him 127 all purpose yards on Saturday.
