NORCROSS, Ga. – The Belhaven men's tennis team had 11 of its players earn Southern States Athletic Conference honors when the awards were recently announced. The Blazers had four players named SSAC 2nd Team All-Conference while seven players were selected for the All-Academic Team.

Nikita Lisov, sophomore
Jefferson Nino, junior
Enrico Patriarca, and sophomore
Daniel Prado were all recognized for their play on the court by being named to the All-Conference 2nd Team. Lisov owns a 10-6 record in singles play after Belhaven's two wins in the SSAC tournament on Saturday. Prado is 9-4, Nino boasts a 13-3 record and Patriarca leads the Blazers with a 13-1 mark. Belhaven is ranked 14th in the latest NAIA Top 25 Poll and will play Auburn-Montgomery in the SSAC Championship match on Monday.

Andres Yepez were all named to the SSAC All-Academic Team. Yepez was also selected as Belhaven's SSAC Champions of Character award winner.
