Blazers Connect with Mustard Seed

Jackson, MS-On September 22, 2009 the Belhaven College Softball team spent the afternoon at the Mustard Seed in Flowood, MS. The Mustard Seed is a home for mentally challenged adults. While there, the Blazers got to invest their time and energy on these wonderful individuals. There was much joy and laughter as they had dance parties and played games together.
Last year the Blazers announced that the Mustard Seed would be their “Home Team.” There is an unbreakable bond that was formed last year and carried into this year between the Mustard Seed and the Blazers. Again this year the Blazers have decided to have the Mustard Seed as their “Home Team.” The Blazers also look forward to partnering together with the Mustard Seed for the Belhaven College/Mustard Seed Fundraising Fishing Tournament on October 17, 2009.
