Jackson, MS-The Belhaven Athletics department is pleased to announce the 2010 Men's soccer schedule. Belhaven is coming off another successful 2009 campaign having finished the year with a record of 10-4-2 which included a season ending ranking of 23rd in the NAIA Top 25 rankings. The Blazers were ranked as high as 19th  in the NAIA during the season. Belhaven will open with a pair of scrimmages against Brilla and the Alumni before opening the regular season versus the University of Texas at Brownsville in Hattiesburg, MS August 27th.

Jackson, MS-The Belhaven men’s soccer team recently finished the 2009 season having completed the year with a 10-4-2 overall record. The Blazers had a heartbreaking finish to the 2009 campaign losing 2-1 in OT to the University of Mobile in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament semifinals. However, Belhaven had a number of outstanding individual and team accomplishments.

Jackson, MS-The Belhaven men’s soccer team suffered a heartbreaking 2-1 OT loss to the University of Mobile Friday afternoon in the semifinals of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference tournament at H.T. Newell Field. The Rams got the game winner off the foot of Henrique Bertoli with just over three minutes to play in overtime.

Kansas City, MO-The Belhaven men’s soccer team moved up two spots from 24th to number 22 in the latest 2009 NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 Poll when the new rankings were released by the NAIA Tuesday afternoon. The Blazers cracked the top 25 for the first time on September 29th when they checked in at the number 19 slot in the country.

Hattiesburg, MS-Belhaven men’s soccer player Juan Rodriguez was selected as the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the fourth time this season for his efforts in a 3-0 win against Spring Hill College and a 5-2 victory over Harding University on October 20th and 23rd.
