Belhaven College Men's Golf Presents… DR. TRAVIS FOX

Dr. Travis Fox, renowned Psychologist, is the creator of "Beat the Bogey Man," the highly popular CD and DVD series that teaches "HyPerformance Relaxation" techniques for the golf course. For the past 15 years, Dr. Fox has been creating the solution to help golfers of all skill sets improve their consistency and lower their scores through the power of their mind. Now, golfers everywhere can harness the effectiveness of his methodology and take their games to new levels saving them buckets of range balls and countless teaching aides. Dr. Fox is the official "Head Coach" and is featured weekly on XM radios Pure Golf and Real Golf Radio programs, as well as The DewSweepers on Saturday mornings. He is a weekly contributor to several nationally syndicated media outlets, including being the "Head Coach" for GolfObserver.com. McCullough Paces Golf Blazers at North Alabama Fall Classic Joel Thornton
Florence, Ala., The Belhaven Blazers Golf Team traveled to
Florence, AL, to compete in the North Alabama Fall Classic hosted by
the University of North Alabama. The Blazers were the only
NAIA team competing against stiff NCAA DII competition.
Josh McCullough paced the Blazers finishing 21st shooting a two day total of 7 over par. Ian Pullen, Aubrey Burnett and Barrett Gutter rounded out the Blazers finishers as the team finished in 8th place. Next up, the Blazers travel to Mobile, on October 28 and 29, for the GCAC Golf Tournament at the University of Mobile.
McCullough Places 2nd at MC Fall Invitational Joel Thornton
Brandon, Miss., Josh McCullough had a second place finish at
the Mississippi College Fall Invitational shooting a 2 over par 74.
The Blazers as a team finished 4th with an overall score of 322.
John Willie of Louisiana College finished first in the meet with a
score of 1 over par 73.
Mississippi College won the overall team event with a score of 310. Meridian Community College took 2nd with an overall score of 315. Other finishers are as follows; 3rd, Louisiana College (318), t-4th, Millsaps College (322), and 6th, Tougaloo College (342). The Blazers that participated in the even are as follows; Barrett Gutter (78), Andrew Haygood (85), Ian Pullen (85), Aubrey Burnett (96) and Michael McGeown (94). The Blazers will be back in action Monday, September 24 as they travel to Central, SC to compete in the Jack Shadwick Invitational, Hosted by Southern Wesleyan University.
