Dear Visiting Athletic Trainer,

On behalf of the Athletic Training staff, I would like to welcome you and your team to Belhaven College.  The athletic training room is located below the gymnasium/ballet studio and will be open two hours prior to the start of the event.  The following is a list of services provided when you visit Belhaven this season.

Visiting Football teams will be provided the following:

  • 2- 10 gallon coolers with water            
  • 2 ice chests with ice and ice bags                                 
  • 6 water bottles
  • 4 sleeves cups

Visiting Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Softball, and Baseball will be provided the following:

  • 1- 10 gallon cooler with water
  • 1 ice chest with ice and bags
  • 1 sleeve of cups

Please note that towels will not be supplied for any visiting team.

If a Certified Athletic Trainer will not be traveling with your team, we ask that you please notify us within 48 hours prior to the event and provide a medical kit with appropriate supplies.  Also, please send written instructions of any protocols to be administered.
